Moon is played by Dennis Hopper in the 1969 film adaption of True Grit, and by Domhnall Gleeson in the the 2010 version.
Character Biography[]
In the film he is found with Quincy. After refusing to let Rooster in he is shot in the leg and interrogated . He gives in and talks so Quincy cuts off his fingers and stabs him. As he dies he begs Rooster to notify his brother, a Methodist preacher, of his death.
